Mr. Rajesh Phalke is a seasoned cultivation and supply chain expert with a rare blend of Chartered Accountancy and MBA credentials, combined with deep domain mastery in medicinal agriculture and health & wellness.
He has successfully built and managed large-scale, commercial medicinal farming operations, delivering over 2,000 tonnes annually of Ashwagandha and Shatavari to leading nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and wellness companies. Currently overseeing 1,250+ acres of high-value medicinal crops, with a strategic roadmap to scale operations to 10,000 acres, he is recognized for creating reliable, quality-driven supply chains that meet stringent global compliance standards.
He actively integrates women empowerment into the cultivation and procurement ecosystem, strengthening rural livelihoods while ensuring consistent, premium-grade raw materials. His dynamic, execution-focused leadership has consistently translated vision into measurable outcomes, dependable supply, and long-term value creation across the nutraceutical and wellness industry.
